What vehicles do you have? We use wide range of comfortable, reliable and clean vehicles. All of our vehicles are fully licences by Public Carriage Office for private transportation of passengers.
Do you charge per car or per person? All the prices are per car, not per person.
Do I need to pay in advance? You don’t need to pay in advance, although If you wish to pay in advance, please add your query in a note box which appears during the booking process.
What is my luggage allowance? The luggage space depends on the type of the vehicle that you book. If you have a lot of baggage, you can select a larger vehicle during the booking process. If you have special queries like carrying music instruments, sport equipment, etc., please choose a proper vehicle to fit in and add a note during the booking process.
Where do I meet the driver after my landing? Your driver will await your arrival at the Airport Information Desk with a sign bearing your name.
Where will I be dropped off? Your driver will drop you off at the address you will have provided during the booking process.
What if the flight is early or delayed? We monitor your flight, therefore your driver will wait for you if the flight was delayed. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed. If your flight departure is delayed for more than one hour, please call us on +44 20 82814393 or text us on +44 7 540634194 to avoid delays on your pick up location.
Will I be charged if my flight is delayed? No.
What if my flight is diverted to another airport? Please call us as soon as possible on +44 20 82814393 or text us on +44 7 540634194 and we will direct our driver to the right airport. Additional mileage charges can be applied.
What if I miss my flight? Please call us as soon as possible on +44 20 82814393 or text us on +44 7 540634194. If your driver hasn’t been despatched yet you will be able to rebook the service for another day and time without any additional charges. If you fail to inform us promptly and the driver has been despatched, you will be liable to pay a full amount of the service charged according to our terms and conditions.
What happens if my flight is cancelled? Please call us as soon as possible on +44 20 82814393 or text us on +44 7 540634194. You won’t be charged in this case. You can also rebook the service for another day and time without any additional charges.
What if I cannot locate my driver? Please, call us on +44 20 82814393 or +44 7 540634194.
Do you operate a fixed price policy? Yes we do. Although in a case that you meet our driver with more than a 1-hour delay after your landing, there might be an additional charge of £ 0.25 per minute of the additional waiting time. If you wish to extend or reduce this time, please specify in the booking form. Please read our Terms and Conditions.
Can I pay cash? Yes, you can pay in cash in British Pounds to the driver after each journey.
Can I pay in Euros or Dollars? Unfortunately we do not accept any other currency but British Pounds.
Which airports do you operate from? We operate from/to all London airports: Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick, Luton and City airport. If you are travelling to any other UK airport, please send us your request with more detailed information in our special queries form available on the main booking page.
Do you do cruise ports transfers? We operate from/to the following cruise ports: Dover, Southampton, Harwich, Portsmouth and Tilbury.
How early do I need to book my car? You can make a booking online if it is at least 24 hours in advance. If your arrival is within the next 24 hours, you can book a car by phone: +44 20 82814393 or +44 7 540634194.
Do infants count? Yes, infants count as adults. We provide child seats free of charge if required.
Do you have to have an infant or baby or child or booster seat? You don’t need to have an infant or baby or child seat. We provide them free of charge. Please, add your requirement to the note box during the booking process.
Can I add a passenger(s) to my booking? Please send us an email with the details and the booking number email@example.com or call as on +44 20 82814393 or +44 7 540634194 at least 24 hours in advance to the service. You cannot add any passengers to your booking later than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
Can I change the date of my booking? Please send us an email with the details and the booking number firstname.lastname@example.org or call as on +44 20 82814393 or +44 7 540634194 at least 24 hours in advance to the original service date and time.
