Privacy Policy
 
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
 
General
 
1/ By using our booking service on the internet, you will receive the booking confirmation to your email address. After our confirmation we guarantee that our drivers will be there to greet you at arrivals.
 
2/ Advanced 24 hours bookings are required for online reservations. If your journey starts within less than 24 hours a phone reservation is required.
 
3/ PENGUINS LTD takes no responsibility for any vehicle that may be delayed due to traffic congestion, traffic diversion, weather conditions or any other delays out of our control.
 
4/ We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to passenger having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle unsafe on the road.
 
5/ If a booking is cancelled by the customer within 3 to 24 hours from start of the period of hire the customer will be liable to pay 20% of full price of the service.
 
6/ If a cancellation is not informed up to 3 hours period to the time of start of the period of hire the customer will be liable to pay 100% of full price of the service.
 
7/ Please keep in mind that babies/children are regarded as passenger and therefore to book the vehicle size accordingly.
 
8/ We will not pass your details to other third parties for the purpose of direct marketing or any other purpose. We collet information about you just to be able to process your booking and also to provide you with the best possible service.
 
Pickups from airports
 
9/ For all pickups from an airport our driver will be on Airport Information Desk 40 minutes after the flight has landed with a label bearing the main passenger’s name. This can be pre-arranged upon the booking allowing you more time if required. Thereafter we allow an extra 30 minutes free of charge before the vehicle needs to leave the airport parking. Any time taken after this allowance will incur an additional charge, set by PENGUINS LTD depending on the time taken and vehicle used for the service. In the case the flight has delay the allowance is calculated from the real landing time, not scheduled landing time.
 
10/ Driver will wait on the Arrivals Airport Information Desk with a sign bearing the main passenger’s name.
 
11/ If the passenger has difficulties to locate the driver, the passenger should call the company contact number given upon the booking confirmation.
 
12/ If the passenger do not make contact with the driver nor call the company contact number within the allowance time of 40 minutes after the landing more waiting allowance of 30 minutes, the driver might leave the airport and we will require the payment of full price of the transfer service from the passenger.
 
Pickups from address
 
13/ At a pickup from an address we allow 15 minutes free of charge waiting time from the time the passenger has made the booking for. After that we charge 25 pence per each minute of waiting.
 
14/The passenger should call the company contact number given upon the booking confirmation within 15 minutes after the pickup time if they have any reasons to be late at the place designated as the pickup point.
 
15/ If the passenger do not make contact with the driver nor call the company contact number within 30 minutes after the pickup time agreed upon the booking, the driver will leave and we will require the payment of full price of the transfer service from the passenger.
